- 3/4 stick butter
- salt, pepper and basil
- flour
- half and half cream
Directions

1Wash and stem mushrooms.

2Melt butter in pot.

3Add mushrooms and spice.

4Cover tightly with lid and cook on low heat about 10 minutes.

5Sprinkle lightly with flour and add cream.

6Stir until mixed in smoothly.
