  • 7oz dark, bittersweet chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup lightly roasted blanched almonds (or other nuts)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rum or other liquor or flavoring

Directions

    Put everything in a food processor and blend to a soft, creamy paste

    Drop into little paper cups by the heaping teaspoonful.

    Bake in a preheated 350'F oven for 25 min or until slightly firm
