- 4 large chicken breast halves
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 3/4 c. herbed mustard
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped fine
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Dust chicken with flour.

2In medium skillet, saute in butter until browned.

3Transfer to shallow baking dish.

4Spread each piece liberally with mustard.

5Saute onion and mushrooms until tender. Add parsley, salt and pepper to taste.

6Blend in cream and stir just until heated.

7Pour over chicken.

8Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

9Stir in lemon juice just before serving.
