  • 350 g firm tofu
  • 80 g whole grain mustard
  • 50 g soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper

Directions

    Cover all 22 pieces in the marinade leaving a bit on the top for crust.

    Arrange crust up in a foil lined baking tin and bake at 200 C or until edges crisp up.
