  • 1/4 c. dry mustard
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

    Combine mustard, vinegar and water in saucepan.

    Add sugar and egg yolk.

    Stir with wire whisk over medium heat.

    Beat until thickens.

    Cool.

    Whip the cream cheese with electric mixer.

    Beat in mustard mixture until smooth.

    Store in refrigerator.
