  • 1 qt. green tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 qt. celery, chopped
  • 1 qt. onions, chopped
  • small head cabbage, chopped
  • 3 or 4 hot peppers, chopped
  • 2 qt. chopped cucumbers (throw center away)

    Place in weak salt water and let soak overnight.

    The next morning, cook in same water.

    Drain.

    Add cucumbers.

    Mix with dressing.
