  • 1 1/2 qt. larger cukes
  • 1 qt. green tomatoes, cut
  • 1 qt. button onions
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 bunch celery, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • brine (1 c. salt to 1 qt. water)
