- 3 lb. sugar
- 1-1/2 c. flour
- 6 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 c. salt
- 1 Tbsp. turmeric
- 1-1/2 qt. vinegar
- 2 large cauliflowers, broken in small pieces
- 4 large pickles, sliced (sour pickles)
- 1 bunch celery, diced
- 6 sweet peppers, sliced
- 2 lb. firm green tomatoes, quartered
- 1 lb. small white onions, peeled
Directions

1Sift dry ingredients into large kettle.

2Add vinegar gradually stirring constantly until mixture thickens.

3Add vegetables and bring to a boil.

4Cook five minutes.

5Pack in hot sterilized jars and seal.
