Ingredients

  • 6 c. sugar
  • 13 hot peppers, chopped
  • 2 green peppers, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 qt. yellow mustard
  • 1 qt. white vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 1/2 c. flour

Directions

    Boil the first 7 ingredients.

    Mix the water and flour and make a paste (no lumps).

    Pour paste mixture into first mixture and bring to a boil, then pour into warm jars and seal.

    Makes 6 to 7 pints.
