  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 c. white vinegar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 envelope gelatin
  • 1 Tbsp. cold water
  • 1/2 pt. heavy cream
  • pimento stuffed green olives

Directions

    Beat eggs.

    Mix with sugar, salt, mustard, vinegar and water. Cook in a double boiler until thickened.

    Soften gelatin in 1 tablespoon of water and add to the hot mixture.

    Cool.

    Whip the heavy cream and fold into cooked mixture.
