- salad oil
- garlic salt
- pepper
- chili powder
- plain prepared mustard
Directions

1Prick with large fork all over both sides of meat.

2Pour small amount of oil on meat and rub in.

3Slit fat to keep from curling. Cover each side with garlic salt, pepper, chili powder and mustard.

4Lay on platter.

5Marinate 2 to 4 hours.
