- 3 teaspoons flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 teaspoons mustard powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
Directions

1Combine the flour with the mustard, sugar and salt in the top of a double boiler with water boiling in the bottom.

2Gradually add milk into the flour mixture stirring constantly till mixture thickens.

3Add beaten eggs and cook 2 to 3 minutes more.

4Add vinegar and serve while hot.
