- 4 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 4 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 2 teaspoons Dried Thyme
- 1 cup Shredded Parmesan
- Salt And Pepper, to taste

1Preheat oven to 450 F.

2Season chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper and put them in a baking dish.

3In a small bowl mix mustard and thyme; spread on top of each chicken breast (make sure you dont go too thick; this is mustard, after all).

4Sprinkle each with Parmesan cheese.

5Bake for 15 minutes.

6This goes really well with wild rice pilaf and an easy salad.
