Mustard-Thyme Chicken

  • 4 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 4 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Thyme
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Directions

    Preheat oven to 450 F.

    Season chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper and put them in a baking dish.

    In a small bowl mix mustard and thyme; spread on top of each chicken breast (make sure you dont go too thick; this is mustard, after all).

    Sprinkle each with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake for 15 minutes.

    This goes really well with wild rice pilaf and an easy salad.
