  • 2 t. vanilla extract
  • 1 c. coconut, shredded
  • 1 c. walnuts, chopped
  • 2 c. carrots, grated
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 lb powdered sugar
  • 2 t. vanilla extract
