- 1 lb broccoli
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp water
- 1 medium clove garlic minced
Directions

1Trim and rinse broccoli

2Put oil and red pepper flakes into a heavy skillet and place over medium heat.

3When hot, add broccoli and cook for 2 minutes.

4Stir in water and garlic.

5Cover and cook for an additional 3 - 4 minutes or until broccoli is just tender.

6Serve hot or cold
