- 3 pkg. cream cheese
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 eggs
- graham cracker crust
Directions

1Beat cream cheese until fluffy; add sugar and vanilla.

2Beat in eggs one at a time.

3Blend in sour cream.

4Press graham cracker crust firmly to bottom of an 8-inch spring-form pan.

5Pour mixture into prepared pan.

6Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 60 to 70 minutes or until firm.

7Turn off oven and leave door ajar for 1 hour, leaving cake undisturbed until cool.

8Chill for 3 to 4 hours.
