- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 c. low-fat buttermilk
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients together.

2Add oil and milk; mix until flour is moistened.

3Roll out on lightly floured board; cut with cutter.

4Place in ungreased pan; bake at 450° for about 10 minutes.
