- 4 cups macaroni, uncooked
- 1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA Mild or Hot Mexican Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product with Jalapeno Peppers, cut up
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1 can (1 lb. 12 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 can (7 oz.)sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 cans (2-1/4 oz. each) sliced pitted black olives, drained
- 1 can (4 oz.)chopped green chiles, undrained
Directions

1Place macaroni in boiling water and cook according to package directions.

2Over medium-low heat, stir VELVEETA and milk in saucepan until melted and creamy.

3Open all cans and pour into large (2-1/2-quart) casserole dish.

4Mix in macaroni.

5Pour VELVEETA mixture over top.

6Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.

7Makes 6 to 8 servings.
