  • 4 cups macaroni, uncooked
  • 1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA Mild or Hot Mexican Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product with Jalapeno Peppers, cut up
  • 1-1/2 cups milk
  • 1 can (1 lb. 12 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 1 can (7 oz.)sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 2 cans (2-1/4 oz. each) sliced pitted black olives, drained
  • 1 can (4 oz.)chopped green chiles, undrained

Directions

    Place macaroni in boiling water and cook according to package directions.

    Over medium-low heat, stir VELVEETA and milk in saucepan until melted and creamy.

    Open all cans and pour into large (2-1/2-quart) casserole dish.

    Mix in macaroni.

    Pour VELVEETA mixture over top.

    Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
