My Pulled Beef BBQ Style

- 2 kg Beef Brisket joint
- 4 clove Garlic crushed
- 1 cup Coke , Pepsie or Cola
- 1 cup Your Favourite bbq sauce
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard

2Pour the coke and add the garlic and stir into a slow cooker.

3Add the Brisket beef on top and put lid on and cook on low for 6 hours the night before is better leave it cooking all night.

4You can cook this in a greased croc pot with lid for about 2-3 hrs high heat then turn low once it boils.

5Or on low heat in a oven in a casserole dish for 3 hours.

6After the overnight cooking or at the end of the other cooking method take off the lid, and with two forks shred the beef which should be easy as it does go soft and stringy.

7Add the pepper and stir in.

8Add the bbq sauce and mix in well.

9Then add the lemon juice, mustard and mix in .

10Cook for a further 1 hour on low.-

11When cooked Add to a serving dish.

12Serve with Beans in tomatoe sauce You can add a knob of Butter and 2 tablespoons of bbq sauce to the beans and stir in and heat up, goes lovely with the Pulled Beef.
