  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar applesauce
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 lemon, juiced

    Prepare crust using wafers and butter.

    Blend remaining ingredients and pour into crust.

    Bake at 250° for about 1 hour. Sprinkle a few crust crumbs on top before baking.
