- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 whole Red Pepper, Sliced Into Thin Strips
- 1 whole Yellow Pepper, Sliced Into Thin Strips
- 1 whole Red Onion, Sliced Into Thin Strips
- 2 dashes Cajun Seasoning
- 1 pinch Ground Cayenne Pepper
- 1 cup Cooked Chicken, Cubed
- 4 slices Naan Or Flatbread
Directions

1Cook your naan according to the directions on the back of the package.

2Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

3Slice the onion, yellow pepper, and red pepper into thin strips.

4Toss the veggies in the olive oil to coat.

5Add 1-2 teaspoons of Cajun seasoning and ground cayenne pepper.

6Youll be able to add more seasoning later if you need a little extra kick to your sandwich.

7Saute over medium heat until the onions begin to turn stringy, stirring occasionally to make sure they dont burn.

8Add in the chicken and mix with your cooked veggies.

9Continue to cook over medium heat for an additional 3-4 minutes while the chicken soaks up the flavor.

10Add more spices at this point if needed.

11Add your chicken and veggie mixture to your cooked Naan or flatbread and dig in.
