- 1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 (11 oz.) can nacho cheese soup
- 1 1/4 c. skim milk
- 1/2 c. frozen whole kernel corn
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 tsp. dried minced onion
Directions

1In a 2-quart microwave-safe casserole, crumble meat.

2Add the green pepper.

3Cook in microwave, covered, on High for 2 to 3 minutes until no pink remains in meat, stirring once or twice. Drain off the fat.

4Stir in nacho cheese soup, milk, corn, chopped tomato and minced onion.

5Cook, covered, on High for 7 to 10 minutes or until chowder is heated through, stirring once.

6Makes 3 main dish servings.

7Serve with corn chips.
