Nacho Cheese Chowder

- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. milk
- 1 (11 oz.) can condensed nacho cheese soup
- 1 c. frozen whole kernel corn
- 1 medium tomato
- scant 1/2 c. Mexican-style cheese spread
Directions

1In a large saucepan, cook ground beef, pepper and onion until lightly browned and onion is tender.

2Drain fat from pan.

3Stir in milk, soup, corn, diced tomato and cheese spread.

4Cook and stir over medium heat about 5 minutes or until heated through.

5Makes 4 servings.

6Serve with tortilla chips or can be used as a dip.
