  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 jar salsa
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Spread cookie sheet with cream cheese.

    Brown ground beef and mix in taco seasoning.

    Drain meat and seasoning with salsa and spread over cream cheese.

    Sprinkle Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese on top.

    Put in 325° to 350° oven until cheese begins to melt. Serve with nacho chips.
