Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
  • 1 lb. ground beef prepared mix
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1/4 lb. Mozzarella or Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1 bunch scallions, choppped (including green part)
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. guacamole dip

Directions

    Use 10-inch pie plate.

    Layer beans, tomatoes, chilies and cheese.

    Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.

    Sprinkle scallions on top. Spread sour cream over top of dip.

    In center, spread guacamole dip.

    Bake for 15 minutes at 400°.

    Serve with chips.
