Ingredients

  • 1 enough to cover the plate Tortilla chips
  • 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Fresh tomatoes, store-bought tomato sauce, etc
  • 3 tbsp Hard cheese
  • 2 tsp Jalapenos (if you have them)
  • 3 tbsp Bean paste
  • 1 Sour cream (to taste)
  • 5 tbsp Avocado dip
  • 1 Chili/Tabasco sauce

Directions

    Grease a heatproof dish with oil and arrange the tortilla chips, tomatoes, jalapenos, and bean paste (or store-bought refried beans) on top.

    Top with grated (or powdered) cheese.

    Bake in an oven at about 200C for 10 minutes and enjoy while hot.
