Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
  • 6 c. tortilla chips
  • 1/2 c. sliced olives
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Cook meat and onion until browned. Drain and stir in beans. Arrange half of chips on each of two 12-inch plates.

    Layer half the meat-bean mixture, olives and cheese on top of chips for each plate.

    Bake at 350° for 5 to 7 minutes until cheese melts.
