  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, separated into 4 halves
  • 3 large slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. white cooking wine
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine, melted

Directions

    Place chicken breasts in casserole dish.

    Cover with Swiss cheese slices.

    Mix soup and wine together; pour over.

    Mix stuffing mix and melted butter together; pour over.
