  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. canned milk
  • butter or margarine

Directions

    Pour creamed corn into glass casserole dish greased with butter.

    Add eggs and beat one at a time into corn.

    Add sugar and mix well with fork until well blended.

    Add milk and beat in flour with fork.

    Dot with butter and bake at 350° for about 45 minutes or until pudding is brown and bubbly.

    Let set for about 10 minutes.
