- 1/4 cups Non Dairy Sour Cream (Tofutti)
- 1/2 cups Almonds, Finely Chopped
- 1 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

- 1 cube Non Hydrogenated Margarine (Earth Balance)
- 2 Tablespoons Plus 2 Teaspoons Non Dairy Creamer (Silk)
- 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 2 cups Powdered (Icing) Sugar

- TOP LAYER
- 3/4 cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- 2 Tablespoons Non-hydrogenated Margarine
Directions

1FOR THE BOTTOM LAYER:

2Melt the butter substitute, sugar, and cocoa in the top of a double boiler.

3Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream, almonds, graham cracker crumbs and coconut.

4Press into the bottom of an 8x8 inch pan.

5FOR THE MIDDLE LAYER:

6With your mixer on high speed, cream all of the ingredients for at least a minute.

7Spread over the bottom layer.

8FOR THE TOP LAYER:

9Melt the chocolate and butter substitute in a double boiler and whisk until smooth.

10Allow to cool.

11Spread on top of the middle layer.

12Chill the bars for at least an hour before cutting.
