- 3 1/2 c. Swans Down cake flour
- 2 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 6 large eggs, separated
Directions

1Beat egg whites until stiff and set aside.

2Add sugar to butter and beat until lemon colored.

3Add egg yolks, milk and flour alternately.

4Add flavoring.

5Fold in egg whites just before pouring in greased and floured tube pan.
