  • 1 (8-inch) pie crust
  • 6 1/2 oz. quality canned crab (be sure to remove shells and wash)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 c. cream
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. dry vermouth
  • 1 Tbsp. white onion, grated
  • 3 oz. Gruyere cheese, grated
  • 4 oz. Swiss cheese, grated

Directions

    Bake pie crust for 1 minute at 400°.

    Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour into pie crust.

    Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.
