- 1 (8-inch) pie crust
- 6 1/2 oz. quality canned crab (be sure to remove shells and wash)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 c. cream
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4 Tbsp. dry vermouth
- 1 Tbsp. white onion, grated
- 3 oz. Gruyere cheese, grated
- 4 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
Directions

1Bake pie crust for 1 minute at 400°.

2Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour into pie crust.

3Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.
