- 3 yellow squash, sliced
- 3 small zucchini squash, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- salt to taste
- 1 qt. canned tomatoes
- Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 stick margarine
Directions

1In large skillet, melt margarine.

2Add both kinds of squash and onion.

3Sprinkle with garlic powder and salt to taste.

4Cook until vegetables are crisp-tender.

5Add tomatoes and cook until done.

6Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

7This is very good served over rice.
