- 1 1/2 lb. flank steak, cut into strips
- 1 lb. Polish sausage (may substitute sausage turkey/low-fat)
- 2 cans low-fat mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 large onion
- pinch of garlic salt
Directions

1Saute sausage and flank steak with garlic for 3 to 5 minutes. Place in slow cooker with soup; cook on low 5 hours.

2Dice pepper and onion; saute each with garlic salt (separately) and add to meat mixture.

3Stir until peppers and onions thoroughly mixed and serve over rice or noodles.
