Navy Bean Soup

- 1 (48 oz.) jar navy beans
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. small chunked or sliced carrots
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. small chunked potatoes
- 1 c. (1 large) onion, cut and sliced
- ham (picnic or any ham you can cook)
Directions

1Cook ham until tender.

2Take ham out of broth.

3Taste broth for saltiness.

4If salty, take some broth and add water to it.

5Put in broth the beans, carrots, potatoes and onion.

6Cook until tender. Add some of the ham in small chunks to the soup.

7(I have one meal of ham with potatoes and vegetables.

8Put remaining ham in soup.)
