- 34 cup mashed potatoes
- 2 lbs icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup margarine, melted
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 14 cups chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons paraffin wax
- 4 unsweetened chocolate squares (28g each)
Directions

1Melt margarine in top of double boiler.

2remove from heat.

3Add mashed potatoes, salt, icing sugar and coconut.

4Mix well, Add vanilla.

5Allow to harden overnight, or roll in small balls and let set overnight.

6CHOCOLATE DIP: Melt in top of double boiler.

7Dip balls in chocolate dip and set on waxed paper to set.
