    Mix together cake mix, eggs and butter.

    Spread in greased pan.

    Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 2 eggs.

    Spread on top; sprinkle nuts and coconut on top of cream cheese mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 33 to 35 minutes.
