Nesquick Chocolate Roll

  • 6 2/3 cups crackers Maria type
  • 2 3/4 tablespoons cream vegetable, Planta type
  • 75 grams Nesquik
  • 1 large egg extra

Directions

    Break the crackers in small pieces in a large bowl. Add Nesquik and stir. Add the melted and already cooled vegetable cream and the egg. Mix with your hands and press firmly to form a consistent and well-knit ball (it's a matter of time).

    Place the ball on a sheet of parchment paper on the work surface, and form a roll.

    Close well, and slightly curl the ends of the parchment paper to ensure it is well compacted. Refrigerate to harden.
