Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 12 cup sugar substitute (splenda)
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 12 cups 2% low-fat milk
  • 12 cup Coffee-Mate cinnamon vanilla liquid creamer
  • 14 teaspoon vanilla
  • 14 cup raisins
  • whipped cream, on top if desired (optional)

Directions

    Place rice in bowl, and add all ingredients, and stir to mix.

    Pour into greased baking dish and bake for about 50 minutes in a 350F oven.
