- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 1/4 c. warm water
- 2 Tbsp. Crisco
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. flour
Directions

1Mix yeast and water; set aside.

2Mix next 4 ingredients, then add yeast mixture and whip with a spoon. Mix and cover until it has doubled (1 1/2 hours). Beat down and put in greased loaf pan. Don't cover. Let rise until it comes to top of pan, about 30 minutes. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
