  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Mix eggs, sugar and salt.

    Bring milk to a boil.

    Add milk to egg mixture slowly, beating as you mix.

    Add vanilla.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg.

    Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, then at 350° for 25 minutes.
