- 2 c. coconut, shredded
- 1 c. oleo
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 2 small pkg. or 1 large pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 3 c. milk
- 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients.

2Spread on cookie sheet.

3Bake at 325° or 350° for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

4When browned nicely, taken out of oven.

5Let cool.

6Take 2/3 of this and put in 9 x 13-inch dish or pan.

7Mix pudding with milk until thick. Pur over coconut mixture.

8Top with Cool Whip.

9Add reserved mixture on top.

10Refrigerate.
