  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. Crisco shortening
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 5 Tbsp. water

Directions

    Mix salt and flour, then cut in shortening.

    Add egg and water and mix well.

    Divide dough into 3 parts.

    Roll very thin.

    Let stand 20 minutes.

    Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.
