- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 slices toasted, cubed white bread
Directions

1Mix flour, baking powder and salt.

2Beat eggs with milk.

3Mix liquid with dry ingredients.

4Add cubed bread and mix again.

5Let stand for 1/2 hour.

6Make 2 balls and roll each in flour.

7Place balls into boiling water and boil for 10 minutes.

8Turn over and boil for 15 more minutes.

9Cut one in half and check if done. When done, take out and slice.
