  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Put all of the ingredients in top of double boiler.

    In bottom have water boiling.
  3. 3
    Beat with egg beater constantly for 7 minutes.
  4. 4
    Remove from heat and spread on cake.
