- 1 tsp. vanilla
- salt
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- 1/2 c. boiling water
Directions

1Blend cold water and cornstarch in pan.

2Add boiling water. Cook until mixture becomes clear.

4Beat egg whites (room temperature) until foamy.

5Add sugar gradually until stiff.

6Add cornstarch mixture; beat well.

7Spread over cooled pie filling. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.
