  • 1 envelope (1/4 Oz. Envelope) Unflavored Gelatin
  • 2 cups Milk, Divided
  • 1 package (3.4 Oz. Box) Cook And Serve Vanilla Pudding
  • 1 container (8 Oz. Container) Cool Whip
  • 1/2 cups Nuts, Finely Chopped
  • 1 bottle (10 To 16 Oz. Bottle) Maraschino Cherries, For Garnish

    Cook time includes time to cool in refrigerator. Soak gelatin in 1/4 cup of the milk. When dissolved, combine pudding mix, remaining milk and softened gelatin in a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a full boil. Immediately remove from heat and let cool completely. Stir in Cool Whip and nuts. Pour into a glass bowl. Drain several maraschino cherries well on a paper towel. Place cherries in a circle on top of the pudding for garnish. Chill in the refrigerator.
