- 4 1/2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- dash of salt
- 1 3/4 c. shortening
- 1 egg yolk plus enough ice water to make 1 c.
Directions

1Blend flour, salt, sugar and shortening to fine crumbs.

2Add slightly beaten egg yolk mixed with ice water.

3Mix together until a nice ball of dough forms.

4Mixing does not make this dough tough, so all scraps may be used.

5Dough can be frozen or refrozen. Divide dough into a ball the size for 1 crust.

6Put into a Baggie and flatten.

7Store in a container to freeze.
