- 4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 c. vegetable shortening
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 egg
Directions

1With a fork, mix together first 4 ingredients.

2In a separate dish, beat remaining ingredients.

3Combine the 2 mixtures, stirring with a fork until all ingredients are moistened.

4Mold dough with hands in a ball.

5Chill for at least 30 minutes before using.

6You can separate into balls of dough and freeze separately or roll into your favorite crust and fill or bake.

7Bake at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes.
