- 4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 3/4 c. shortening
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Combine the first 4 ingredients.

2Cut in shortening.

3Mix egg, vinegar and water together.

4Add to mixture; mold and chill 15 minutes.

5May store 3 days in refrigerator or freeze.

6I like to divide mixture into single crust size portions and freeze in Ziploc bags for future use.
